Welcome to Adventure Kids at Northside where your children will receive excellent care and spiritual ministry. 

We believe that one of the greatest purposes of our lives is to raise the next generation to love and serve our Lord Jesus Christ. The majority of people who receive Jesus Christ into their lives do so before the age of 13. Very young children can have a personal relationship with Jesus and we are committed to helping your children come to know Him.  Your children will not only love coming to church, they will beg to return each week!

*All childrens department volunteers have undergone screenings and each room is under continuous video surveillance.*

LITTLE ROOS

Little Roos Nursery provides care for infants up to 23 months of age.  Our fun ‘OutBack’ themed room is full of safe, clean and imaginative toys, cribs, swings, entertainment saucers, and soft play areas.Our nursery is equipped with loving, qualified volunteers who ensure that your child receives care and nurture as you worship with us.  Little Roos is located across from our Welcome Desk where first time visitors are asked to register their child before bringing them to the nursery. Once at the nursery door, you will be provided with a security bracelet that will be used to identify you as the parent.

PRESCHOOL CLASSES GUPPIES: 2&3 years old FIREFLIES: 4& 5 years old

Each class includes a Bible lesson, praise and singing, craft, snack time and play.   Qualified and loving teachers engage the children in age appropriate Bible lessons with the help of ‘Ducky’ the puppet. The lessons are relevant to children so they can make application in their daily lives.  Our preschool classes are the highlight of every child’s week!

EXPLORERS

Kindergarten through 5th graders come together for a children’s church service.  Our children’s pastors and teaching team bring an exciting and life changing message each week.  The children engage in fun praise and worship, view a multi-media presentation that illustrates the lesson, and interactively learn their Scripture verse.  LiveIt! Cards are given to Explorer’s parents each week with helpful suggestions for applying their lesson throughout the week.

KIDS MISSIONS : As missions is the heartbeat of our church, we reach to instill this in our children as well.  Each quarter we share about a different country and pray for that nation.  TRAVELS the Bear visits us frequently and tells us about what God is doing in other parts of the world.  He never forgets to bring goodies in his suitcase for all the kids!
